Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

Since there's always hot and fresh and employees are always friendly sometimes they don't have baked potatoes but most of the time the food's hot and they're quick

The food is usually pretty decent--hot fries and sandwiches that aren't too smooshed. The Ghirardelli chocolate shake alone is worth going for. Expect to wait quite a while, though.

Good food, but terrible service. This happens when it mostly highschool and college kids working. 

They often close early (10-15 minutes) and leave people in the drive through without letting them know that they decided to close earlier than posted hours.

As a part of the LGBT community I agree that they have a horrible attitude towards pda when it is implied. They even "forgot" to put beef on my sandwich and when I brought it back in the male server helping us said oh we forgot to put the meat between his buns. Looking back on it now it's funny but if I want so chill about it I could have reported him for it. So I'd stay away if you just want to be treated like a normal human being and not like some gay guy with a sign saying everyone make fun of my sexuality. Horrible customer service.

Nice staff and friendly service.  First time trying the roast beef gyro.  First bite was delicious!  Everything was as expected.
