This Arby’s was very different as far as look and style. You get the sit down feel from a fast food restaurant. The staff was very welcoming, service was fast and the food was nicely presented and not just slopped together. I usually get the same ole thing when eating at Arby’s, but today I tried the prime rib sandwich which was very good and had an ample amount of meat. I would definitely try again.
This isn't your regular Arby's. This style is specific to Virginia, and few at that generally isolated to Richmond and below. These locations are more of a restaurant than a fast food location. They have great atmosphere and the food is great as well. Plenty of seating and a pleasant location.
For fast food, the food is good! I was inside, and it took a while, but the employees were nice. The drive-thru was nonstop, and seemingly prioritized. The limas and brisket sandwich are my favorite. Daughter liked the new steak and cheese sandwich! Parking: It looked like there were about 40 to 50 parking spaces, but a lot of their business seems to be using the drive-thru. So most of the time, you can eat inside and enjoy the beautiful architecture of this specific Arby's.
Coolest Arby's ever! ! !! If there is an Arby's in heaven, then this location would be it's twin! Service was great, food was delicious , and the building was gorgeous and clean!. I had a baked potato better than almost any I have ever eaten nothing left, not even the skin. The wife's salad looked very fresh, nothing left of that either! And who can go to Arby's and not get a Classic roast beef sandwich? Better than many and I have had many!. You have to see and experience this place to believe it!! I don't review "Chain" restaurants but had to make an exception for this place!
It's just like all the other Arby's everywhere. We went because we hadn't been to this location before. Arby's has had inflation for years with their prices always well above the norm for fast food. Well, that's still the case. We can get equivalent food for cheaper and we will do so in the future.Food: 3/5

The space is nice and the offerings are top tier, the execution of those items leaves much to be desired. I was disappointed in my brisket sandwich, but the rest of my party enjoyed their foods - burger, chicken sandwich, baked potato, and beef and cheddar.Food: 3/5
The cost of our meal was way to high for the food we got. I got a buffalo chicken sandwich was cold and the lettuce was brown, I also ordered a loaded baked potato and the potato was not cooked all the way and lastly my apple turnover was cold. We paid over $30 for our food and we should have paid less considering the quality of the food.
Tried the Brunswick stew and it was Delicious. A little pricey but the flavor was delicious. We purchased to medium Brunswick stew bowls and 1 Turkey bacon ranch sandwich which is one of our favorites, and split the sandwich. Parking: Some of the parking spots are tight near the door and tree limbs are very low to the roof of car.
