Poorly trained employees, nonexistent manager and obviously an owner who does not care about his store. Went to order off the 1,2,3 menu. Asked the employee at the window and she said the don't do that here. It was listed on the web site and did not state online only. Asked for the manager and was refused. Asked for her name and was given Marie no last name and no phone number to be able to speak with her. My next email will be to the BBB for deceptive advertising. The food was what you would expect but the service and helpfulness was at the bottom of the scale. The owner needs to step in and get a handle on this store.
The women taking the order at lunch today was rude and wouldn't verify the order when asked, she said just pull around very rudely. Told her wanted large everything including the smoked brisket sandwich which she didn't even ask what size I wanted, I picked up the food and parked up front and checked everything and the sandwich barely had meat on it and no onion crisp at all. I had to sit in the drive thru again and also tried calling them several times while in line and was just ringing and ringing and then it just hung up on me. I finally make it back around and the lady got an attitude with new about the sandwich being wrong and said very rudely what's wrong with the sandwich and told her and she took it abd waited for another one and when it came out it looked like a 4 year old put it together. I highly do not recommend this location seems like several problems because there was last the walked up to window while I was waiting because they messed her order up also.
$27 for two meals and the quality and very small amount of roast beef was ridiculous. It was less than half of normal portion. Skippy is not an adequate description. Outright offensive to be ripped off so badly. $27 so yes that's beyond ridiculous! We have used that store on a regular basis but won't go to any Arby's store after that experience today. If you can't pay for good help or training or if that was intentional it doesn't even matter there's literally no excuse. Corporate greed seems to be the core problem and it's time everyone takes responsibility for the total lack of respect companies like this have for there employees and for there patrons!
Ordered a takeout online. The store did not have 1 item available and told they cant refund and I would have to request it online. I requested the refund online TWICE and it has been 2 months and there has been no refund provided. Very poor, reckless corporate customer service. If the store does not have an item available, don't show it online since you are incapable of processing a refund which should be a simple process.
I don't eat at Arby's but the commercial for the bourbon BBQ sandwich looked great I wanted to try it for myself. It was a waste of money $10 for something you can't even see the meat on. Disappointed for sure. However the employees in drive thru were nice.
I went just because of the opposum. Bad for business ? No, probably good for business. Arby's has the beef and the kindness. Btw, opposums are one of the cleanest animals anywhere. Rabies free and they the environment which is probably more than we can say for the "lady" who had problem with it.Food: 5/5
the shake machine has been broken for 3 months. If its not going to be fixed can you remove it from tye mr u so we stop getting chatged through uber for shakes we arent receiving.Food: 1/5
Around 8:15 pm staff was unfriendly from my entry until I left the facility. I visited with my kids and wife. First time poor experience at Arby's.Food: 4/5
Ever since they started having hamburgers they have been out of many other menu items. The last four times I went there, they were out of different things I wanted. So if you want an extra fatty hamburger from a place that does not specialize in hamburgers it might be the place for you. Other than that forget it.
Marquee says lobby open 10am to 10pm is 7:20 lobby is closed big sign on window saying dining room open as well! Doors are locked and a bag of trash in front of the door.
