ARC Contracting is incredibly professional in the work they do. Their sales man, Sam, is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He comes to your appointment fully prepared and ready to get you what you need. The communication during the project is steadily maintained by all parties involved and the end product is beautiful and high quality. I would definitely recommend ARC for any of your contracting needs! When you go, ask for Sam! He’ll get the job done!

Jack came to talk about windows with my wife and I last week. He was incredibly nice and fun to talk with. We learned a lot about windows and did not feel like we were being sold anything. We are moving forward with a large window project with ARC confident that things will go smoothly and that we are trusting good people to help make our home more energy efficient and comfortable. It's great to work with neighbors knowing you can trust them to show up and stand behind the work they do.

I had gutters installed by ARC Contracting. Sam was excellent at showing me what my options were and explaining what was needed. The job was done in a very timely manner, and I'm very satisfied with the work done. ARC offers excellent quality, reliable workers, and reasonable pricing. I will have them do any work I need in the future. I'm very happy with their service.

Signed a contract with ARC, and initially had some hiccups with a start date and material delivery on back order. Chad and Jeff came on scene immediately to help improve initial issues. Got started with our bathroom, and proceeded immediately to assist us in accomplishing our goal.Proceeding through the Christmas holidays was a struggle but Jeff took Full control of everything to complete project. We are presently winding the project to a close, with Jeff and Brian doing their best to make us 100% happy With teamwork of all ARC craftsman and their final effort I am sure I will be 100% satisfied. Today we saw Jason Ryan put in an outstanding effort to make us happy customers.

I found ARC Contracting based on the reviews and the overall positive experience people noted, which is why I’m writing this review. I DID NOT receive that same service. The sales guy who came to give me my estimate, Sam, had told me that if I signed my roofing contract that day and provided my deposit within a week, my roof would be scheduled and finished within two weeks of receiving the deposit. I got two other estimates which were about $2,000 cheaper but I ended up going with ARC due to the quick turn-around time and overall reviews they had online. I did not hear anything about the scheduling until I contacted the project manager myself. I was given an excuse of all the crews were too busy to meet the original deadline promised at the authorization of the project, which is a mediocre excuse at best. As far as the service goes, the working crews showed up and were quick and efficient; however, they didn’t complete the job as described in the contract. The warranty inspector, who works for ARC, had come to do my inspection and I had talked to him about the flashing and how it hadn't been completed since my original project manager on the project was no longer returning emails, phone calls, etc. The roof itself looks fine and I’m sure everything will be okay as far as installation goes; however, there needs to be more oversight on project managers in regards to their communication and project management skills. Unfortunately, the sales guy I had was not professional and a bad representation of what seems to be a decent company. I had two people where I work ask me about my roof replacement since they are getting quotes for their roof replacement, but I could not recommend this company based on the communication and project management I encountered during my experience with ARC.
