Great store. multiple purchases here. anyone can find what they are looking for here. Bought a brand new TV and cookware set for under 20.00.

One of my favorite thrift stores. They've expanded recently. They moved their furniture into a storefront next door which gave them more floor space in the main store to expand the women's department, while it's nice to have more options to choose from, I also find it overwhelming. I do like that they do discounts on specific colored tags every week but I have noticed that some of their prices are a bit high lately. If you're the type of person who likes to try clothes on before buying (even at a thrift store), be aware that the thrift stores in Ventura do not have dressing rooms. I like to try stuff on so I will try to wear something that accommodates me: ① a tank top with thin straps to try tops on over the tank, ② a skirt to try on bottoms under the skirt or thin leggings to try on over the leggings, and ③, sandals to try on shoes. The staff is friendly, helpful, and hard working. Honestly my biggest complaint is the messy and rude customers. I'm constantly finding empty hangers in the racks because people will knock stuff off them, so as I browse through I will remove the hangers and make a pile on top of the rack or somewhere visible so a staff member can grab them and get them outta the way. Or people will jump into the end of rack or row of racks (a row usually consists of 4-5 racks) that I'm in the middle of looking through, instead of them starting at the beginning, BEHIND me -- this is just bad etiquette, don't be that person. One thing I really like is the shopping carts they have now.

The people who work there do a great job of sorting everything. Items are always in the section of the store they should be in, which makes maneuvering through the store easier. I love that I can find items for crafting withouting having to sort through piles.

They usually have pretty low prices and some sort of sale going on. I wish it was a little less cramped but it's worth the struggle.

Over priced on many name brand items. You get things for FREE! Don't charge people $40 + a hoodie that was FREE
