I work Mon-Fri 7 am to 6 pm, so last saterday I arrived at 3:25 pm, I was looking for a outfit for Christmas, I wasn't even there 5 minutes before I heard a very rude lady yelling "checkout", I didn't bother to look up because it's SUPPOSED to be open until 4, but I eventually looked up and she looked straight at me and asked me if I was deaf?  She WAS talking to me.  I asked why she was closing and she  just said because she could!  I was very angry and just left.  I have never been treated so rudely before in my life and i wasn't even in the wrong.  I love the Arc and what they stand for.  I donate to them all the time, and like to shop there.  But it will be awhile before I go back.  I am extremely disappointed in the way i was treated.

Great for low prices on clothes ,especially kids since they seem to change sizes every two weeks. Everyone so sweet and helpful
