This place doesn't even deserve a star. Please do not go there. I brought my car to have the mini detail and spent $60.00 for absolutely nothing. They were supposed to clean my carpets and seats and they're dirtier now then when I brought it in. I was advised that they would wash and wax the car and I still have the same diet on the outside of my car. I believe they just sprayed the carpets with something that smelled like detergent and ran a quick rag over the carpets and seats, smearing thr existing dirt. When I picked it up the guys just gave me the key and told me it was "parked over there" and didn't even bother to take me to my car and show me what I paid $60.00 for. I was so upset when I got in it that I just left. I'm going to call the BBB on them because this was robbery. I've taken photos of all the dirt still left on my car and will submit these with my complaint. This was the most horrible experiences I've ever encountered. I hope the owner of this company is aware of his/her employees incompetence. Really sad

1st time here. Paid $39 for a hand wash. Outside of car looked wonderful. Inside on the other hand looks barely touched. Pet hair between the seats, soda syrup still in the cup holders. Definitely not going back

Although they do a decent job with the exterior hand wash, the drive through wash and interior cleaning were a joke. I took my wife's car one time and the interior was smudged and the exterior wasn't even dry. Not to mention that the guy got out and the car was still in drive. That last visit was my last.

stars because they raised prices- If I find out next time that they also raised wages, then I will increase my rating. Every time I've gone to Arcade Car Wash (3 times in the past year), I've been thoroughly taken care of. I recommend the mini detail...still a good bargain, even though they've raised prices a bit. Military discount is a plus as well!

Worst service i have ever received in a car wash ever. Took 45 minutes on a slow day and it wasn't even complete. I had to take my car early cause i had work and it wasn't dried off. Had i waited it would have taken an hour for my car to be washed. I will NEVER return to this car wash and i suggest you do the same.

It is a real shame because the pizza and service of the pizzeria employees is top notch. I would give the pizza 5 stars and the wash 0 if i could. I hope the pizza place moves to its own store front so it doesn't get dragged down by this terrible business.
