Arcaros Auto Body Repair

Professional, Excellent Quality and Reasonably Pricing from a Friendly Family Business

My mom’s Nissan Sentra had damage to the bumper, above the driver rear tire and the closing plate above the tire.  On October 24, after looking at a number of Auto Body Shops’ reviews on Yelp and Google Plus, I phoned Arcaros Auto Body to arrange an estimate.   We were able to get an appointment the next day with Michael Arcaros.  

Our expectation was to get an estimate around $1,000.  Michael inspected the Sentra, made a phone call about a needed part and then went to his computer to work up the estimate.  He provided a detailed estimate of $752.35 which is exactly what I ended up paying.

 Since we were able to leave the car after the estimate, Michael thought the car would be ready on Friday afternoon (two days later).  We got a call around 10:00 AM on Friday that the car was ready for pickup.  The car was perfect; it was like nothing ever happened to the car.  Just gorgeous!  

This seems to be a family that takes pride in their business; the office and shop are clean and professional, the people are polite and friendly, the repairs are done extremely well plus they are reasonably priced.  I definitely would use this business again and would recommend it to my family and friends.

I backed into a F250 truck and put a huge gash in my trunk lid and broke the rear light panel..  I took my car to a local body shop and got an estimate.  They checked around to find a trunk lid and quoted me a price.  They were looking for the light panel and said they would call. I waited 3 or 4 days and offered to go pick up the items at the salvage yard. I was told they would call me.They never called me.  I waited 3 weeks.  My insurance co. gave me Arcaro's name and number.  I called and within 5 days my body work was complete.  They did a beautiful job and I am really pleased with the workmanship and the service!  I recommend them to anyone needing body work.

I have used Arcaro's for the past 15+ years for everything from a Mercury to a Mercedes Benz and have never had a single issue.
Mike Sr and Mike Jr both know their stuff and finished my cars exactly when they said they would, sometimes for less money.
They even matched paint for a scratch on my 65 Corvette.
