Mr. Powers came to my house to install a dedicated outlet from the panel for my above ground pool, pool bonding ring, and an additional outdoor outlet. He was very professional. During the whole process he always kept me informed and explain what he was doing. Any questions and concerns I had he would answer. I would use his services again.

Probably the most professional and courteous technician I've ever seen came out to our house. He identified, fixed the problem, and explained to me what had failed. Great service.

This service regularly missed scheduled appointments, on at least 4 occasions.  It's true that I wasn't the easiest to contact when repeatedly calling me during the work day, but when a service provider misses appointments and repeatedly calls/texts my motivations to use their service fall dramatically.

Even when explicitly told I work from home, and that I couldn't see them until after a certain time, they were calling, texting, and ringing my door bell just short of an hour early of their appointment, interrupting a client call with dogs barking and doorbells ringing.

I would not recommend their service.
