Very bad service ,

Unfortunately this is the most convenient ARCO station to me but it has without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any industry.  It's not bad enough that the cash pay machines haven't worked for at least a year but when you go in to pay for your gas there are always at least three people working and normally there is only one person working the register and regardless if there are three people waiting or there is a line going out the door, the other cashiers do not go over to help.  That cashier normally is carrying on a conversation with a friend which seems to be allowable.  I really think whoever your franchisee is should be stripped of any of his or her stores because if this is allowed to be the standard for their stores, it is a poor reflection on ARCO.  I've been there when the Fall time change has happened and the station has been dark, nobody reset the timers.  Great operation you have there and an embarrassment to Carlsbad.  Also it seems to be allowable for pan-handlers to come solicit money from you while you're pumping your gas.  I like to think your company is a little better than this.
