Had my debit card information stolen at this gas station on Crown Valley across from the I-5 bridge in Laguna Niguel, then used in Carlsbad and Las Vegas. When I called James who said he was the manger of the station, he told me that they only allow debit cards, so this could not happen there because you have to put your PIN in on the key pad.

'James' is very misinformed. I filed a police report with the OC Sheriff's Department and they were very clear how criminals obtain the information and there will be a van somewhere nearby collecting it via bluetooth. Not hard, especially if the perpetrator is the owner or an employee of the station ... yeah, that's occurred before.
