This store has issues with managing the expiration dates on packaged food.  I purchased peanut butter cups and they expired an entire year before.  Brought it up on my next visit, and I didn't even get acknowledged let alone a simple "sorry about that".  I asked for "super" gasoline and my fuel attendant said, "What do you mean by that?"  I pointed to it on the pump and I got a lecture from an 18 year old punk.  So, I pumped my own gas.  This happened twice with two different fuel attendants.  Another time when getting fuel I was accosted by one of their fuel attendants asking me (shouting) where her free pizza was.  I did complain about that one and the manager did actually take care of it.  I guess the attendants sense of humor was a bit off.  Perhaps she should concentrate on her day job.  3 stars is very generous.  The gas quality is better than most Arco stations because (I think) the tanks are fairly new.  If you can avoid some of the idiots they hire there, the fuel is worth it because of the low price.

newman's arco at 1128 pacific bl se, albany,oregon 97321.they are buff,bully,macho & threat to customer.he said nope,not in oregon.it's against law.it's illegal to pump by itself.if you were not in the car.we will tow your car away.he said,you park more than an hr.while we wait to open in parking lot.i explain to him,when the time we came,you are closed,we don't have any fuel left & we just came back from canada.we decided to stay until you are open.he said we don't know why you are here.and he said ye,i know if my boss came, he saw you guys from california,he won't like.he will tow your car away.he told me to go other 24 hrs gas station.that we did not see any.it's private property.my boss doesn't like,if he saw you guys,he will tow your car away.he said the sign already told you,this is private property,they will tow your car away on your own expense.the small tiny sign was on the roof single w/ old crunching shield & cruching paint falling apart w/unclear tiny words also high distance.no one can see or read the strenge sign.when we came everything went so dark also w/out any light at this arco.he said to me & my elderly mother,we can be doing vandilize to his own private property.anybody who came to this newman's gas station can be vandilize his own property.they keep came outside checking their car.even threat when we drove away on the st.he still stood there to starring & checking on us mad.they are stupied & rediculous.they like to pick up & to provoke violence.and they like to create their own rule & own policy to take adventage from customers.newman's arco doesn't like other race or outer states.(warrning,be aware newman's ARCO, 76, & Shell gas station in oregon).never go to newman's Arco, 76, & Shell in oregen.they are poor, cheap, fraud & dangerous gas stations.when the time we came back from canada to los angeles.we had figure out how come their gas gone out so fast than theother brend.we think they might has more water ingredients and lots of air.so that's how they get rip of customers money and lie to customers.that's how newman's sell cheapest price.never go to newman's Arco,76,& shell.they might shoot you when their boss see you are a different race,gender,elderly disable, or from outer states,countrys or anyone their boss doesn't like.no excuse.they are eagle.either they shoot you w/p45, or they will suit you & throw you in jail life.newman's got so much hate & anger.they will making more trouble to customers.i really don't want to give them any stars, but this arco app force me i must give them a star before i post.they should change their newman's to madman's or dangerousman's or killerman's or eagle man or physco man gas station.we had most terrible experience at this store.i really hate this store.we love pilot gas station.they are great.

I had a terrible experience at this store. I went in to have two lottery tickets checked when the cashier Ade checks them on the machine and hands me a ticket saying I won a free ticket. I asked her for the other ticket I handed her still had draws on it. She ripped up the tickets, then tells me, Oh, there was more draws my bad, and hands part of the ripped ticket back to me. I ask her if she was going to at least tape it? She snapped at me, so rude. then Stephanie looked at me and shrugged her shoulders. as if it was no big deal. I was furious. Ade staples the ticket and walks away from the counter. I didn't say anything because I was still in shock. Stephanie was just outside the door smoking, and texting on her phone. I asked her is there something I can do about this? Stephanie just shrugged her shoulders at me sad sorry, and looked back down at her phone. They are NOT customer service friendly at all. I actually HATE this store.
