Suprised when reading to other reviews, I've been here a few times and the service was fine. Let's be real it's not a five star restaurant or hotel. There's a minimum wage cashier taking your money or debit card, what do you people expect, a red carpet to be rolled out under your feet. My expectations were to be greeted in a friendly manner, and checked out expedient, nothing more and they have all done that.

I had trouble with my card, which is common at Arco’s. It generally why I don’t get gas at Arco’s. It’s also always crowded. The staff I encountered was pleasant and outgoing

I’m not the one to normally complain about a gas station because it’s a gas station, you should be able to get gas and leave. But the people working here, if that’s what you want to call them. They enjoy letting you pay for gas at the pump your car is parked at and then resting the system, putting the gas on the wrong number, or looking at you as if you’re from another planet, and whatever illogical reason you could think of is a definite possibility. I know this is Arco, so I shouldn’t expect people to speak any sort of language but it is franchise business so they’ve had to sell gas for awhile to get where they are now. I’ll never be seen here again, and I’d advise you to do the same if you enjoy a less stress life and you’d like to see illiterate people go back to the hospital they came from.
