Quick and easy. Got here in the morning and it was done in less than 20 minutes. That was barely enough time for me to enjoy the owner's toy cars amongst his TV.

I went to Arco Star Smog & Repair (Arco Smog Pros) @ 14244 Newport Blvd in Tustin because I found a coupon in the Penny Saver that plainly reads "Pass or No Pay for Retest." Be warned: THEY DO NOT HONOR THE CLAIM ON THIS COUPON. They require that you do the work at their facility to pass you, but it does not state this on the coupon. Since the battery had been changed a week ago on my well-maintained 2005 car, the computer had been re-set.  No smog issue at all.  The manager is named MANNY and would not retest for free because no work was required on my car. Also, the customer before and after me were also failed.  Do the math! Just a warning that they are FALSE ADVERTISERS.  They distribute coupons that offer discounts and services that they do NOT honor!
