Arctic Air came highly recommended and now we know why. We just moved to New Jersey and our central air unit was extremely outdated. Mike came to our house for an estimate and was so honest and knowledgeable. He explained what system would work best for our needs, without the typical salesman games. The crew arrived on time and couldn't have been any more professional. Tom C., Nick and Bruno completed most of the job and these guys should be a model to all contractors. They explained each step they were taking, worked quickly and efficiently without cutting corners, double and triple checked their work and we're so cleanly and respectful while they were here. During the two day job a supervisor from Arctic Air would show up to check on the progress, and other workers would come at a later point of the day to pitch in a hand. When the job was completed the men went over everything again with me, they explained how to use the units and what not to do. Everything was clear and concise and the work looks beautiful! We couldn't be happier with our new system and I will only use Arctic Air in the future. Do not waste your time anywhere else, this company is honest, and the work is top notch. Thank you Arctic Air!

Had a problem with one of the units. Called Arctic Air as they are local company, and online reviews were positive. I was not disappointed. Arctic called me the day before to confirm the appointment. Sal (technician) called me an hour in advance suggesting specific time he will be by my house. Throughout the appointment, Sal was very professional and focused on identifying and solving the problem. Once fixing the issue, Sal explained the potential reasons, demonstrated that the replaced tool works and there is no other problems, as well suggested safe operation tips going forward. Overall, great experience.

Our A/C stopped working overnight during this heatwave. I called Arctic Air because they have the reputation as the best service. The technician arrived less than two hours after I called. He was courteous, professional, and most of all, knowledgeable. He diagnosed the power issue on the unit within 15 minutes and the issue was corrected shortly thereafter. The price for the service was more than fair. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. Further, the technician was not trying to sell me services and products that I do not need. It's reassuring that my service call was not also a sales call. Later that day, Arctic called to see how it is going and is there anything else they can do for me. There are countless AC service companies in my area. Finding one you can trust is most important. I found mine.

We desperately needed A/C! Our home is older and was not suited for regular central air installation. Along comes the mini-split!!! I went with Mitsubishi because they have one of the longest histories & great reviews. Our window units were so loud, but these are whisper quiet. They'll also provide heat for our cool room come winter. The house is now so comfortable! We have it set on 78 degrees and it's cold! It should have taken 6 days, but Mike did it in 4! The main tech, Mike, was AWESOME! The last day he put in over 10 hours to finish up. I'm not sure I'm sold on "the company" because he had a different helper every day, but Mike... What a trooper! Professional, mentoring, cleaned up everything each day, and was beyond efficient. Mike explained the basic operation of the units and left the manuals before leaving. I just can't say enough about his performance.

Very Good Service. Installers were polite, hard working and neat. I am very happy with the unit they installed. Repair visit fee was waived since a new furnace was needed to replace 25 year old one. Honest and trustworthy company.
