Brought my cat here twice. First time it was because he had black dots on his chin and second time because he was throwing up everyday, coughing, had fever and diarrhea. Twice I payed $60 for them to look at the cat listen him breathe and tell me that I should wait and see if he gets better in a week if not then I should bring him again for an additional check up. Never got any advice on how to treat him. But the customer service is nice here. It's just that I never got answers to my questions.

I brought my new kitten Charlotte here to get all her shots done. A few months later, I caught her peeing outside her litter box a few times which is very much out of the ordinary for her. I called Arden Animal Hospital to see if I should bring her in to get checked out for an infection worrying of some other horror stories I found online. Other vets would love to charge you an arm and a leg for an unnecessary office visit, but not here. When I called to schedule a visit, the staff and I talked through the issue over the phone. They asked me questions and provided useful information about possible behavioral causes, and some easy fixes to the problem. Extremely caring and helpful staff!

I haave been using this place for a long time. They are great. They are very respectful of not only the animals but also tthe Families. They are are also very helpful.The staff greets the animal and the owner. they are always happy to see my little sweetheart. And He likes going there.

Very strange employees and very high priced compare to pet co. Pet smart.. They do the job.
