Worst dental experience we've ever had. We went there because of the reviews, but we had multiple terrible experiences there and the only reason this review isn't a 1 is because the staff were not rude. That being said, the staff, from the dentist to the hygienist, to the secretaries seemed to be incompetent. The hygienist was using a new/different sort of x/ray tool that was extra large and made me gag horribly like I've never experienced. Rather than try a new method, she just kept jamming it into my mouth. Also, it fell on the ground and she was going to put it back into my mouth after it was on the ground! Furthermore, I just found out recently, that, even though full mouth x-rays were not taken because the hygienist couldn't figure out a way to x-ray my teeth without gagging me, the desk staff filed my x-rays as full mouth, which is now having to be reversed so that I can get full mouth x-rays at my new dentist. 
   Also, a new dentist with the group was assigned (without our knowledge) by Dr. Vu to do my husband's and my fillings. The day of, I was the first person at the office, before ANY of the staff. I waited around for about 10 minutes. The new dentist, Dr. Han, I believe, showed up and was completely unfamiliar with the office and the equipment. Dr. Vu had not had her come earlier and shown her around, etc. She continued trying to use the equipment and struggled to get the fillings to stick. In fact, some of them just wouldn't stay. Also, the one in my husband's mouth that stuck initially, fell out a day or two later. Again, no one was rude or mean, but I've never experienced such incompetence in a dental office.

Best dentist I have ever been to.  Dr Vu goes out of her way to make sure everything is taken care of.  She treats her staff with respect and they in turn treat patients with respect and courtesy.  No complaints & I've signed up to go back.

This the best dentist I have ever been to.  I came in with an infected tooth and they took care of me right away!  And they have the nicest office staff!

Dr Vu and her team are great! They always work hard to accommodate my work schedule and have been very responsive to dental emergencies.
