Cheapskate bartenders that aren't familiar with the idea of buying a round, even after ten drinks are purchased by five people sitting together at the bar. The strong smell others have mentioned about this bar has to be the stink of a cheapskate owner...or maybe it's the obnoxious patrons.

Great dive. Small, it could maybe accommodate 25 people. Real darts too. Had a strange and strong odor, a smell of cleaning chemicals.
