I’ve had the good fortune to visit Ardor twice this year. Most recently for an elegant Christmas dinner with good friends. It was a limited menu not the full dinner menu and still delightful! Drink: Chili - their version of an old fashion. Delightful and ever so slightly sweet. Food: Milk Buns - perfectly light and rich King Crab tagliatelle- never disappoints and a favorite every time! Wagyu beef with various salts - every bite was delicious!! Crispy Brussel side - refreshing with the savory dishes Braised short ribs - very good but was hoping for more complex flavor Chestnut ravioli with truffle - it was OK. Would not order again. On previous occasion other standout dishes were: Charred Oyster Mushrooms - delish! Cauliflower Cacio e Pepe - delish!
Great place with tasty food and attentive service. Quite a few gluten free options. They have mango dessert which is very tasty and gluten free. There is a roof top bar at the hotel where restaurant located at, amazing view to LA.
My partner and I decided to try Ardor last week. The restaurant is located next to the Edition hotel, there is a bar near the lobby of the hotel if you’re waiting to get seated or early. We arrived early and got a few drinks they have zero proof cocktails. We had the milk bread and seafood tagliatelle for apps and the white fish and steak as our main course. We had to get the phyllo pie which had such an amazing balance of sweet and hint of sour from the balsamic glaze. Everything we ate was phenomenal. We also had the potatoes which isn’t pictured but also done perfectly. The service was attentive. Only complaint was that it took a little while for our main course to come but worth the wait.
I had a fantastic breakfast here. It a bit dark and looks great. The food was delicious. Great croissant with ham and cheese and even better French toast. The coffee is great and so are the fresh juices. Service is implacable. Loved itFood: 5/5

Update: had dinner there a second time since we were staying in hotel. Food was again severely undercooked and service very slow. My youngest daughter ended up with a very upset stomach. Original review: Good service, but ordered hamburger medium that came out raw, brought it back out well well done. Then ordered a Sprite and got a Pepsi. Beautiful indoor setting amongst many plants.
Beautiful restaurant inside the West Hollywood Edition hotel. This place is a vibe. Tulum vibes to be exact! Gorgeous scenery inside , also has a patio area. We loved everything that we ordered. Really distinct flavors. Definitely want to come back and taste the rest of the menu. Service was exceptional. Our waiter was amazing, and this is what contributed to our dining experience. I'm a fan for the rest of my foodie life.
Nice location, lovely staff, I went for breakfast and the setting is wonderful in the outdoor area. The staff were very friendly but the food wasn't as good as I expected. The scrambled eggs were genuinely good, the pastries were ok not great, wasn't flaky enough for me. But the French toast was a disappointment, felt like I was chewing rubber honestly. Overall lovely spot and amazing staff, might go back just for the eggs.
Loved this restaurant. Service was good and everything was tasty. The food is also presented very nice. The cooked carrots were so delicious and definitely one of my favorite dishes. We should have gotten one more appetizer to really be full for two people. There were a lot of dishes that looked good! I will be going back. Nice place for a date or night out with a girlfriend. There’s also a cute rooftop bar in the edition where you can go grab a drink after. One of my favorite hotels in West Hollywood.
To call the food here amazing is an understatement. The chef is outdone himself with these wonderful dishes. Our visit couldn't have been more magical. If you're looking for an out of this world high-end dining experience, this is the place to go.
