I wanted to like the food but it was bland, absolutely no flavor. We ordered the pastas, one of them Shrimp Alfredo and it wasn’t cooked as described. There was no Alfredo, just a pile of unsalted noodles with overcooked shrimp and raw peppers….it’s safe to say that is not the chefs specialty. Staff was nice but I don’t know if I’ll be ordering again.
This place is great! Tonight they had live music and the food/service was on point. Upon entry the bartender and manager both greeted us with delight and suggested a an amazing dinner for my father and I. We got the parilla picanha for 2 and it was more than enough for the both of us hungry men. I cant wait to come back and try the other venezuelan specialties like their Patacones, Cachapas, Arepas, and Tequeños.
You can expect good food and great service here. I loveddddddddddd my meal and will be returning. The arepas were delicious!Food: 5/5
Wonderful sampling of Venezuelan cuisine. Dishes with classy presentation and a satisfying street-vendor vibe. The arepas are enormous, as you can see Palua beef w mozzarella shown. The kids loved it.Food: 5/5
I was there for the grand opening and was truly impressed with the food and service! First time trying Venezuelan food and was very surprised with how different and delicious the food is. Returned a few times after that and each time I just kept feeling like the food was not as good and the service is now pretty slow. Sadly, I don’t plan on giving it any more tries because it’s not worth the money. They need to stick to how they were when they first opened.
Love that they brought this establishment to downtown New Rochelle. Jimena the bartender was amazing. She made our time there special and the food is so good. Being gluten intolerant, it is hard to find options in this area but many of the dishes from this culture are gluten free by nature because they are corn based. So i am very excited. Gracias Jimena y Alexis por su amabilidad y la atención que nos dieron durante nuestra visita. De seguro, no será nuestra última visita
