Took my 10 week old baby with a fever, was made to wait for an hour even though other walk ins got there after me and were seen before me. Dr. Douglas did not seem worried that his fever was unexplained or over 100 degrees. She said it could be a cold, maybe congestion , maybe a cough...yet all she did was listen to his lungs...no labs....no urine or blood sample. Told me to go back only if he's fever was 103-104 , I took him to another pediatrician and my baby had to be admitted to the hospital. I will NEVER take my child there again and I will surely file a complain. Her ignorance and no care towards my child could have harm him had I not taken him to another doctor.

Incompetent staff and unprofessional. Refused to accept private insurance. Obvious politics and money run this facility and not health of child

There new policy is stupid they won't accept my son unless he is related to a patient or is a newborn

Dr. Douglas and all her staff are great! I am very satisfied with the way she treats my baby & I can see that all doctors love what they do.

have been taking both my kids to Dr. Douglas for about 2 years now and have nothing bad to say about her officd. She has been great my kids are never worried when I have to take them to the doctor cause they know her office is great. The front desk staff is always nice and never had attitutde when anyone unlike some other doctored doctor's office's in Mcallen.
