i work for a dealership i handle insurance for them i called today to get insurance verified and the person who answered me was so rude and unproffesional, started yelling at me saying someone called yesterday and that we called too much.. ok? isnt that your job as well, when asked if i can speak with someone higher than him he said no one higher than me... very very rude!!!! never had this problem before! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. NAME IS YAHAN

They had my business for more than year until my first accident. Then, owner screwed it completely. I had to switch to another agency. (he needs to learn what "comprehensive" is)

We have over 7 000 customers and by coincedence we do not have anyone named Paul for health insurance. We do however have former employee and now competitor using this name.
If you wnt to cancel your policy you can do that anytime in our office signing appropriate form or by calling directly insurance company, so this whole story does not look belivable. I see also little fault in google system where all reviews are anonymus and hard to recognize which are true and which are written for spite.

I would never recommend it to anyone . When i wanted to cancel my insurance i called him (the guy that works there) and he was making everything what he can to make me stay in their service longer. ex: " Mrs. IS NOT HERE BECAUSE SHE HAS A HEADACHE", or "Mrs. IS NOT HERE AT WORK BECAUSE SHE WASN'T FEELING WELL" and when i asked him if he can cancel it by himself he hang up one me. I'm very disappointed and would never recommend it to any one ! bad bad bad service.
