Crazy stupid over pricing.   $60.00 for a tiny cardboard box. About as big as my fist.  I laughed when they told me the price.  I said please no thank you.  Otherwise very professional to a fault. Didn’t even say “Sorry for your loss”.   Very odd.

I have worked with Roman for almost 6 years now and have never seen so much passion in a young man who really loves the families he serves. What an amazing team these folks are.

My time with the staff was extremely pleasant. They really took the time to understand the needs of the family and made everyone feel like a part of their family.

My husband passed away in 2008, since we lived in Wichita Falls, Tx they had to take him to Ft. Worth for his autopsy. I lived in Irving for 28 yrs prior to moving here. Aria had a location in Irving, Tx at the time and I could not have asked for a more helpful attendant to assist me. I have recommended many of our friends and family to contact Aria, but most are stubborn and used a service here. It cost a few of my friends both arms and a leg. I hear from them later they wish they had listened to me. Yes, it was only the cremation and paperwork I had help with, as I had to find a place to have his Celebration of Life, but people were very helpful here to allow me a place to hold services. I would recommend Aria again and if I still live here when it is my time and Aria still in business, instructions for my daughter will be left to have me sent there. My goal is to check with them about preplanning my cremation so I can start paying them. Thank you Aria and your employees for all the help you did for me.
