Was looking for something unique for Valentine's Day and this place delivered. Huge selection of flowers and helpful staff. Made a beautiful arrangement for me that was very well received.

People complain about the prices but remember you are in Manhattan. And you are paying for the excellent service they provide (I’ll explain in the next few sentences). If you want something cheaper call 1800-flowers and you will get what you paid for. I paid a little over $140 for a dozen roses, they made a mistake and sent the wrong flowers. I called and made them aware of their mistake and they emmeidtaly sent my gf the correct arrangement. I must say they were very professional about it and made sure the error was corrected right away.

I will purchase from them again based on this experience. Thank you for helping me make my gf feel special.

Rude people. I went to buy an arrangement for my wife, but  the guy with the glasses that is on front start being rude and sarcastic because I was asking the different prices for my arrangement.

I adore this quaint little shop! The staff is always helpful and very professional. When it was time for my wedding it was a natural choice. My planner insisted I go to her guy who was twice as expensive...but I did not fall for that. Theo and Tom took excellent care. Making seasonal suggestions to save me money and not trying to rip me off knowing I was getting married at a high end venue. I totally appreciated that. All the flowers were just perfection and everyone was raving about them.
