The dermatologists are amazing, but the receptionists and workers were beyond unprofessional. The receptionist I had to talk with was chomping on her gum the whole time she was talking to me, and acted like she didn't want to be there. The girl who helped push an elderly man in a wheelchair through the door into the office rolled her eyes and laughed as the gentleman was complaining about his feet being banged on the door entrance which I clearly saw. Just hoping the dermatologists would be able to make their office have a better environment and impression when first walking in the doors. The dermatologists were very helpful and clearly helped me with what I came in for. Both Peterson and Bergenson were awesome and also the M.A. Tori, just not pleased with the receptionist staff.

My family has been seeing Annika Bergman at Desert Dermatology for years. She is excellent; friendly, courteous, professional, respectful. Annika takes the time necessary to address her patient's needs. Additionally, she has been happy to take feedback on occasion to improve the overall office service.
