The amount of money you spend on Horrible ice cream. At that, the prices are insane. To buy a milkshake that was watery like water and then have the nerve to say we can’t honor your money back. Never again will we even look at that area again!! Poor service!!Food: 1/5
Not a bad little ice cream shop. They serve the thrifty brand and this is no frills. Although they have some really popular flavours the price was fair for the mall location. They use a unique scoop so no one gets a bigger than the other. The shop was clean and the employee was friendly. Of course we eat more ice cream in the winter.
Went in to get ice cream tonight 2/27/22 around 5 pm. Young lady that was working there was slamming ice cream case and rolling eyes and giving customers attitude . When it was my turn she did the same and then slammed the spoon into my ice cream. I asked if there was a problem and she said she was really tired. I told her that it is coming off as a bad attitude and making customers feel uncomfortable. Then they closed the store 30 minutes before closing turning customers away. Not sure if management or owner wants these types of employees working for them? At least go over proper customer service.
Me and my friends went in to get some ice cream. The girl working was short with tied back light brown hair and I believe she had a face piercing. She began taking their orders with a major attitude. She began scooping the first cup while the girl sitting with me asked our friend to buy her some water. Then out of the blue, the girl serving us yelled at us claiming we were talking about seeing her underwear under her pants. We were all very confused and tried to kindly explain there was a misunderstanding. The server ignored and interrupted our explanation by saying not to worry about paying for the ice cream. She took it to the corner for awhile we think she did something to it and slammed it on the counter. We decided we would just leave and as we tried to apologize one last time she screamed at us to get out and to never come back. To make a long story short, we definitely will never go their again.
The ice cream is very good but the manager is very rude he doesn't want to work. He was mad we interrupted his personal phone call. Then the next time he said we couldn't pay with card because of no paper. So I can't wait till they find another manager then i would love to go back to get ice cream.
Great icecreme conveniently located in the Tucson mall. Very interesting flavors. One scoop for $3.99 and two scoops for $4.99. One scoop is already pretty big though. Staff was friendly.
Staff was very nice and ice cream was good, but you can’t get a glass of water! You have to buy a bottle. That’s almost criminal.
Have showed up twice about 15 min before closing and have been turned away. Last time we told the guy he didn’t close until 7. He said “sorry, I have somewhere I have to be”. Came back months later with the whole family and closed at 6:30pm. Google says they’re open until 7. Should have known…
Worse experience ever. I had never experienced such a bad attitude from someone that’s suppose to serve you.
Too expensive for two little bit of an amount. The ice cream wasn't even that good
