I've used  them 3 times now to get between Prescott, AZ and the airport. Each of the 3 drivers were very nice and drove well. They provide water to the passengers which I think is thoughtful. My only issue is that in some terminals at the airport, they can be hard to find. I last got on at Terminal 4 and I thought there would be a sign for their kiosk but they don't have one. It was not made obvious to me in there instructions that I was supposed to just look for someone in a red shirt in the specified location of the terminal. Their instructions do make it clear that terminal 3 is not staffed by them though (you can still get on there).  Other than that it was a pleasant service. I definitely recommend them.

I went in to their office and made a next day reservation. The girl that helped me while she was eating. She put the reservation in wrong and the shuttle left before it's scheduled time and I missed it. I paid cash for my ticket and since it was their fault the manager Casey told me they would give me a refund but that I would receive it by check and that it would get submitted Monday and I would receive it by Friday. I'm still waiting for my $74 check that I paid cash and received $6 in change. So they have cash there but can't give it back. This is ridiculous for a company as big as Arizona Shuttle. I won't ever use them again to get down to the Valley. Peace out AZ Shuttle

I have ridden the shuttle numerous times over the years and always got picked up and delivered on time and safely.  I appreciate the water, especially when coming home.  Every time I have booked using the website and have been successful, although it isn't really user friendly.  Also, each time I've arrived at Terminal 4 (I typically fly Southwest), the staff person has been in a different location and I've always had to hunt them down.   Overall, I have been satisfied with the service.

I have used this shuttle and its predecessor for close to 25 years.  They're always polite, on time, and professional.  The drivers are friendly and helpful.  Thank you for great service.

Worth every penny.  Good vehicles, friendly professional drivers, helpful & knowledgable phone agents, and well organized office staff.  Very reliable company. My family has used company over 50 times without ANY Problems.
