I waited over 40 minutes past my appointment time and finally left. They need to advertise 45+ minute wait past your appointment time. This is no way to run appointment times at a business. Clearly every animal is just $$$ to this place. My puppy didn't matter to this clinic so he'll go to another clinic where he isn't just $$$ for a business.

I could never begin to thank Dr. Butler and the staff enough. We have been bringing both our dogs Lola and Miley to Ark n Bark for 4 years now and they are truly the best. Not only is everyone welcoming and friendly but Dr. Butler is the best at what she does and how she does it. We moved to Rhode Island two years ago and continue to visit Dr. Butler yearly for check ups for our girls because she is just that wonderful. Recently Miley our English bulldog underwent surgery with Dr. Butler for cherry eye / stenotic nares and a spay and the results were amazing. Miley’s eye looks great and now that she is breathing better she is a much happier and healthier puppy. The staff was caring reassuring and made sure that Miley left there looking and feeling like a million bucks! Bring your pets to Ark n Bark you will be glad you did!

It's the best. Night hours for us that work banker's hours. My Yorkie poo and Morkie are treated like royalty.  They always call after procedures to ensure pooches are doing well.  Highly recommended.

Dr. Butler is friendly and knowledgeable. Additionally, the prices are affordable. However, the experiences I've had here have been a bit dysfunctional. You have to wait a long time to be seen, then once in exam room, staff goes in and out, interrupting the doctor non-stop. Doctor frequently leaves room mid-exam. Definitely not the level of professionalism I'd expect from a veterinarian office.
