Having been with a couple of other insurance companies in my life...I found working with Arkansas Insurance Advisors the easiest process. The communication was clear, concise, and if I had any questions, they were answered promptly. I loved that everything was online and I didn't have to take time and go and visit their office (if I wanted to, I could have.) I appreciate the professionalism and the efficient manner they handled our paperwork and needs. Thanks!

Very friendly and timely customer service. I was really pleased with how they were upfront and honest. I saved money plus obtained a much more reputable insurance company. If you're looking for courteous, responsive, and honest service, you've found it with this group.

AIA was awesome. My new insurance was effective immediately, cheaper for both my car AND my home, when other insurers couldn't match it. Kyle helped me get it going quickly, took my concerns seriously and walked me through STEP by STEP. Couldn't have gone better. I had additional questions today and he answered my e-mail within minutes. Can't ask for better customer service than that! Had a called my other "larger, more popular" company, I would have waited on hold longer than it took for him to answer my e-mail.

Elliot and AIA insurance is a pleasure to work with. They take customer service very seriously and go above and beyond. They take an active role to personally reach out to their customers frequently. Nancy has promptly  answered  any questions that i have. She listened to my needs and was great to find me a policy that is beneficial to me. I tell my friends and family what a great company to do business with.

Elliott with AIA has provided insurance for me and my family for a few years now. He shopped around for the best coverage for our vehicles and home without increasing our premiums. In fact, he saved us several hundred a year with Met Life initially. As premiums changed so did our options. Elliott will periodically shop for better deals and if it’s enough of a savings he will reach out. I highly recommend him and AIA for your insurance needs.
