My experience is with my Step-Daughter, her junior year went well enough but her Senior year this year 2018 has been a nightmare, she has come down with a mystery illness that does not allow her to get out of the house. There is no way she can attend school, I understand that part, but I feel that the School has let her down, they would not let her finish her classes online, was not allowed to finish her work at home. The school has not been helpful at all, I will say they have a very good School Nurse and Staff, it's at the leadership level that we were met with arrogance and an Unwillingness to work with our Daughter, the School has never reached out to us to figure out a plan that would allow our daughter to Graduate. Overall I would recommend the school but it's as if they had no contingency plan, I now have a daughter who is heartbroken, and a leadership of the School with no repercussions at all, without mentioning names this person has no empathy at all and seems to suffer from a Narcissistic personality disorder. If your child has a chance to go to ASMSA, by all means let them go, if it weren't for the Leadership I would give this school a 5 star rating. I would encourage you to have a visit with the School leadership, this could ruin my Daughters chance at a very good Scholarship, thanks to all the Staff that come in contact with these young adults everyday, but someone in the Department of Education needs to take a look into this situation and the Leadership of this School, I think it's time for a change, I also think we should be entitled to our tuition back, and the State of Arkansas should get a refund on money that was never used.

This high school is quite challenging in all that it offers to students. If you have the chance to tour the buildings, do it. If you can arrange for a current student to be your guide, then you will get a view of Arkansas' future that is beyond bright!
