Excellent customer service by Rainey. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.....not the type of customer service you typically get from places like this but I was very pleased with her customer service attitude. I appreciate the quick and informative way she handled my whole storage rental process from beginning to end. Left feeling very satisfied. Thanks Rainey.

As an active duty serviceman I rely heavily on storage units when I am deployed. My unit was clean and spacious, and the property is well managed and secure. Ranie at the front desk is very helpful and courteous. If I could give this place another star I would.

Great experience at Arlington storage place ranie was Awsome , gokart ride was sick, and helped my brother find the right unit for his needs at a good rate, I would definitely recommend anyone to come and check this place out 👌🏻
