Bobby is the most reliable agent there is. Always answers when I call and whenever I need anything from any of my policies he has it emailed within the hour AT THE MOST! I have several policies though Armor Group Insurance and I highly recommend to everyone

Mr. Cowan and his team are true experts not only with insurance, but also with customer service. I had to deal with a total loss on a car that was only 3 days old and Armor Group Insurance was right there to handle all of the heavy lifting, and make sure that I understood everything clearly. Since that time I've added my home insurance, dirt bikes, etc. and have saved quite a bit vs what I was paying with the "big box" insurance brands. I believe a lot of that has to do with the fact that Armor is a broker, and they put the effort into finding both the most competitive rate, and the most comprehensive coverage. If you're thinking that you might be able to save money on insurance I would strongly encourage you to give this company an opportunity to earn your business. Here are some areas that are important to me when I consider doing business with a company, and wanted to share: Reliability: HIGHLY SATISFIED Responsiveness: HIGHLY SATISFIED Price: HIGHLY SATISFIED Easy to do business with: HIGHLY SATISFIED With all of the options we have with insurance it's very nice to see that people are still catering to the local community that they live and work in. I tip my hat to Mr. Cowan for taking an opportunity to serve the Clifton Park - Albany, NY area for the insurance needs many of us have!
