Had a guy come out to my home to get a quote then weeks later was told I couldn’t get a quote because the guy is too busy.

Why was he able to come out in the first place? How do they run a business where they can’t give quotes?

So I guess if you are looking for a plumber, don’t even try to contact them because they aren’t giving quotes for the rest of the year.

I went to them because they have WAY more reviews than any other plumber in Lubbock, so where are they getting all these customers to review if they can’t even take new orders?

The reviews are all probably FAKE, notice how most of these people on here have only 1 review. Google reviews usually has more reviews than yelp, but google has 40x the number of reviews for Armstrong. They only have 4 on their yelp page which just doesn’t scale to all other businesses

Colton, Tim, and Rey showed up on time to replace our old AC/heater system. They introduced themselves and then immediately scattered, each to do a certain job. This crew works amazingly well together. I never saw anyone standing around just watching. Everybody was doing something the whole time. It was quite impressive-never really seen that before! They were nice, professional, informative, and accommodated all my requests. They cleaned up and actually left the site better than they found it! Love Armstrong and these very professional peeps! Gave me great confidence in our investment and made me so glad we chose Armstrong.

The people at Armstrong are an awesome group. Carlos M. was the first person I dealt with, he came to check my air conditioning (it was broke). Carlos did all he could just no luck. Then he sent David T. to discuss with me my options. David was very helpful in helping me decide what was best for my home. Then came the crew:  Josh & Rey and Colten & Tim. Took them a while but they got the job done. My air conditioning is back to working , better than it did before I had a problem. All of these gentlemen did a very awesome job, all very professional, very pleasant. And they left no mess behind. Would I recommend Armstrong to anyone else? You better believe it! Thank you guys for a job well done and for making my family happy and comfortable again.

I was with a friend when Armstrong came by to assess the air conditioner. Carlos Moreno didn't just assess, but fixed the issue really quickly and efficiently. He was really nice and even took the time to explain exactly what the issue was. 5/5 would call them for my house.

Chris was very efficient. She is always pleasant and honest and is very loyal to Armstrong Mechanical. I appreciate her knowledge regarding heating and air conditioning.
