Story

Prior to founding The Eidson Law Firm, P.A., James was a member of the Bankruptcy & Reorganization practice group at Akerman LLP (2013-2015). James focuses his practice primarily on bankruptcy related matters, creditors’ rights, commercial workouts, and commercial litigation. He is experienced in representing corporate debtors, secured lenders, committees of unsecured creditors, liquidating trustees, and other stakeholders in a variety of business related disputes. Prior to entering private practice, James served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Thomas E. Morris, United States District Court, Middle District of Florida (2007-2011), and the Honorable Jerry A. Funk, United States Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Florida (2011-2013).
