Nice bikes, great hours, great advice on hrlping ne to choose the right bike for my needs.  i gave 4 stars cause of one of their nrw employees not knowing what he was doing and failed to adjust my gears when i reported a problem.. instead he sprayed some lube and said "fixed"  i guestioned him, suggested to swap for new bike, i gave up and took my chances... it led to catastrophe when the chain slipped off 30 mins later while i was pumping up a hill... no bueno!
I will rent from them again... the other workers took my situation seriously and said they would coach the new guts..

Horrible maintenance ,I got 3 bikes,in two days,first one ,I couldn't switched the Speed,second bike ,same thing,thirty bike the seat broke 30 miles away,horrible service,low maintenance,poor service,never again

We have an old bike and we thought no one could possibly fix it. We then found Arnold's, so we walked inside and asked if they could fix our bike. They were so kind and helpful. We came back in two hours and our bike looked as though it was brand new.
