Story

We are an online retailer of consumer goods. Being a family run entity we take great pride in providing personalized attention to each and every customer, be it before, during or after the shopping experience.

Just about every single product has been personally tested and used by us and we are therefore very familiar with the products and their various attributes and usages.

Our overall approach from day one has been that if we can't see ourselves using a certain product on a regular basis we won't sell it just for the sake of selling.

Mission

We are a small retailer with big dreams and our growth over the last 8 years has shows that. We operate a brick and mortar store in the Baltimore suburb of Piksville, MD (our home) and we serve the local community as well as the extended (and not so local) community through our webstore.

We provide personalized service and support to our customers and they have come to expect not only the best products but also the proper handholding and support that can only come from the personal experience and usage that we all have with our products.
