Newly built and nice. Ive been in and out of Arrington Place built by Ashton Woods for months now and seeing it come along is truly intriguing and quite nice. Its a nice place.

Very beautiful luxury townhomes. Though they are nice, they aren't nice enough to substantiate their asking price. They are exactly what you expect to pay to live in the new "City of Brookhaven ". You're paying more for the zip code than you are for the property.

Extremely beautiful homes and a gorgeous pool. Some homes have elevators in them.

Julie Coward was the Community Sales Manager at Heritage Dunwoody where I closed on a home in December 2016.  I enjoyed working with her and found her to be candid and helpful throughout my home buying process.   She is currently working at this community.   If you are considering purchasing a townhouse in the Brookhaven area, I would recommend stopping by-the model home in this community is gorgeous and you also get the benefit of the community pool (I wish we had that in our place!).  The Ashton Woods product is a cut above the rest and we have been happy with our purchase.
