For the last 21 years, since moving away, I have used Arrow Florist for Mother's Day and my mom's birthday's and have never had one bad experience. Always courteous and friendly they were quick to please. I bought my first prom date's corsage there in 1981. Sent my parents a very large bouquet on their 25th wedding anniversary while stationed in Germany. They handled all flower arrangements when my grandfather passed away, when I sent flowers to girlfriends, and friends. So for almost 40 years of my life they have handled all my floral needs. No one beats them. Davey

I ordered my flowers very early afternoon (close to noon) on Friday. There were supposed to be delivered late on Friday. Then I was told not until Saturday morning. I found out they were delivered SUNDAY AFTERNOON!!!! That is unacceptable and I would never deal with this florist again.
