Excellent! Cream of the crop! Hard working! Calls, emails, and text messages! Immediate updates! A hard-working, go-getter of an agent! Everyone I met who knew Mel always had someone great to say about him. 

Mel Ewing is excellent. He was close to where I live, where I wanted to purchase a home plus and most importantly has years’ worth of experience.  He was my third and final real estate agent that I worked with but the first agent I hired. My mother selected the first two agents who did not work out due to personality conflicts. Mel is excellent with communicating and there were no personality conflicts. I am a first time home buyer and knew nothing about purchasing a home. Mel is extremely knowledgeable. A He is on time, works hard because it’s his full-time job, and spoils his customers. He made me feel like I was his only client even though he has dozens and dozens of clients. Has sold many properties, consistently mentions not brags about how many homes he has closed, this is good to hear because it meant my agent was busy working and well experienced. He is web savvy not to mention phone text message savvy too.  Going back to his years’ worth of experience, his connections with mortgage brokers saved my home buying experience. He was able to find the perfect mortgage company and mortgage personnel which fit my specific needs and because of that he helped me purchase my first home ever. THANK YOU MEL!
