WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND DR SOLOMON. Very unprofessional! Was very very rude and disrespectful, plus he was a smart ass. Treated us like we were stupid. Did not feel welcomed whatsoever. On the other hand, the nurses were very nice and helpful. Told them our experience and changed our doctor immediately. Have to go back in for a check up with another doctor so we'll see how that goes.

Dr walker is a great guy and doctor. But every single time ive came 3 - 4hrs of waiting regardless to ur appointment time youll be sitting forever horriblw time management. Great staff. They just need to schedule better

So Grateful for the folks at arrowhead Orthopaedics.  Originally seen in the Hemet location with dr, Barry Grames. One of the last caring providers out there. Saw he back in 2007-2009 due to work related injury. Was great and understanding then, and now I'm back seeing him in 2016 to present, and he's still the same. I really appreciate it, because a lot of providers, really are not concerned with the patient needs and complaints, and Dr. Grames, treats you like a Human, not a Number. Thank you Arrowhead! I'm also a patient of Dr. Anita Pai, whom I also respect and Greatly appreciate for going above and beyond the call of Duty. I started seeing Dr. Anita Pai back in 2016, faced with not only physical challenges at the time, but I'm also dealing with a Great deal of depression and anxiety, also very emotional, and going through some family trials, my oldest daughter was diagnosed with a grade three brain tumor in December of 2015. So just going through it.  none of my providers seem to really care outside of the medical realm, and even then, I could barely get what I need. Well the LORD sent Her, Anita Pai, and not only is helping me with what's in her field, but she's going out of her way to get me in to see the specialist that I need to see, to get the correct medical help that I need, and for that I truly Thank her! and Thank you arrowhead!  One issue with Arrowhead....The Medical Assistants/boarder babies have a bad attitude, when they should be grateful to have a job. Smart Ass!

I saw Dr. Solomon at the San Bernardino location today and will be following up at the Victorville location. I couldn't be more happy with the service of the staff and Dr. Solomon. I struggled for days trying to see a doctor for tendinitis in my arm at different urgent cares and facilities and finally was able to get help at Arrowhead Orthopedics with friendly and helpful people. I would definitely recommend them for orthopedic needs!

So the day of my first appointment they call me about 30 minutes before and tell me not to come in because their system is not working and that they will call me to reschedule me. So they call about 2 hours later and schedule me 2 weeks after my first appointment. You would think that they'll put you in sooner as a courtesy since they cancelled last minute. She says I'll send you the packet so you can be ready on your next appt. Which I never received. I go in and the Dr was very nice and informs me that I'm going to need surgery, OK fine so I wait for them to submit my referral, well they don't know I work for a Dr and have access to my referrals thru my referral coordinator and 2 weeks later there is still nothing submitted. I gave them time to submit it and I'm waiting with a complete torn ankle ligament and injured tendon. I'm not on crutches or have any support to it. I call them and they tell me that it was supposedly submitted 3 days after my appt and all they do is transfer me to Jessica the girl in charge of the surgery referrals but she never answers and all I do is keep leaving messages.
