Customer Service was great! Had my bow back to me within 3 days after replacing my string with a brand new HAND MADE one! It's a great place to get anything you need really: Archery, guns, bait...and they're a gas station too so any drinks and snacks and such. I shot in their archery range and it was only $8..I could have stayed all day. They are also now a Uhaul Dealer, so again, it seems like a great place to get just about anything you need. The employees were nothing but courteous to me! I'll continue to take my business to them and recommend to others!

The arrows I bought are good quality so I have nothing negative to say about their products but the customer service was horrible. The bow tech seemed very uninterested in helping me or answering any of my questions. After spending $80 on arrows the still charged me the $8 for using the range. After putting my broad heads on I realized the new arrows didn't fit right in my older quiver. I was told by the guy at the front that I would have to "rig something up myself". I was completely willing to buy and have them install a new quiver but the bow tech never came out from the backroom to help me after he sold me the arrows. I went to Gander Mountain after leaving and received much better service. I wanted to support a smaller business but regretfully didn't receive the service I desired. I won't be going back.

I ordered a gun as a Christmas gift on December 9th which I was assured would arrive before Christmas. I was supposed to get a $10 gift card for making a purchase over $100 but they never gave it to me. I did not receive the gun by Christmas. In fact, I did not receive the gun at all... and when I called for information none of the employees (or the owner) seemed to have any idea what I was talking about. After nearly two months, the owner agreed to refund my money and took my credit card information to do the refund on January 27th. It is February 2nd and I have still not received a refund on my credit card, and my poor boyfriend still has not received his Christmas gift. As a last resort, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but I'm guessing I will still have to take them to small claims court to recover my money. I would avoid this business at all costs. The customer service is a joke and so is the owner. Make business transactions with this company at your own risk!
