When you are buying a new bike you are really buying service;  Kebble and his team are the best service in town by far! Amazing selection of bike, accessories and anything you need for your adventures.   You need something... you ask them and it gets done! What else you can ask for.   From the moment you get it until the moment you get out you feel between friends and that's something that has no value.  If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

overpriced merchandise. went to a competitor and got stuff for 50% of the price. same quality. same everything.

Overpriced compared to others and they jump to expensive repairs right of the bat, for example saw someone with a squeaky brake come in when I was there in an emergency( only place open when I needed a part for early morning next day)  and they seriously said it was because they had an avid and a shimano brake mixed and they needed to get matching, not burn the pads and clean the rotor or new pads and clean rotor  but to buy a new centerlock shimano rotor

Awesome.  I was shown how to properly upkeep my bike, kindly and concisely.  My bike is now (finally) properly setup for my size.  I know there's no other shop I need to go to in Nanaimo to serve my needs; this is it!  Thank you Arrowsmith; you guys ROCK 'n ROLL -hardy har ;).

Took my old Marin bike in for a "tuneup" just after lunch yesterday. Before the end of day I received an email saying my work order was complete. Now that is great service!!

The shop came highly recommended; I can only pay it forward and say THANKS for the great service. Do yiurself a favour and visit Arrowsmith Bikes. You'll be happy you did.
