A great county Park right on the beach. Parking can be hard to come by around sunset. One direction on the beach is a leash off dog beach.  A great beach to hang out at that's mostly populated with locals. On a few occasions I've seen dolphins and brown pelicans in the water.

Awesome place to bring the family, it just the family dog. Parking can be tight on the weekends, since Hendry's Boathouse has a pretty well known (and busy) brunch, so be patient. One thing to keep in mind is that if you are coming to take a nice long walk with your dog, check the tide chart. At high tide you won't be able to go much more than a hundred yards or so, but at low tide you can walk along the beach all the way back below shoreline park.

Dog friendly beach that offers one side for on leash dogs and one side for off leash dogs. Make time for parking during busy hours. Great place!

This is a really nice Beach that can get pretty busy and weekends. Also home to The Boathouse Restaurant people are always waiting around with dogs and are very friendly. A fun place to go if you're in town with family.

Love this beach because it is dog friendly.  Something hard to find in Santa Barbara.  Very relaxing there.  Lots of oil on the beach too, so be prepared to wear old shoes or bring some veg. oil to help remove it. 
Not too crowded either.
