Kevin and Jamie are awesome and fun and professional! I highly recommend them and promise I will be using them in the very near future! I used their fishing virtual and what a hit it was, and they were there to make sure it went smoothly for me every minute. Love them and the product.

I have to tell you...ARS and the team are 1st class from start to finish. They are committed to their customers. 

The products are top notch and ARS gets the job done right 100% of the time. I have used their services close to 10 seperate times over the past 3 years, and I could not be more pleased. You want great service, at a fair cost, on time, with great products that will please you and your family, guests, friends, or clients...call Kevin and Jamie at ARS.

Jamie & Kevin were great working with, they both communicated with me well throughout my whole planning process, returning emails and phone calls alike. The equipment I ordered was perfect for my Talent Showcase, they were on time and setup with no problems. I will definitely be working with ARS Events on my future projects.

Very unprofessional -- my first call with them was on July 6th to order some LED furniture for an event on July 22nd, it took until July 19th to receive a formal proposal from them, and to be told about a minimum cost for each order.  So three days before the event they told me that unless I had a $1000 to spend with them, I couldn't get the items I wanted, which totaled about $450 + $150 delivery fee.  So now I am totally at a loss -- since I can't get another vendor three days before a pretty special event.  So unprofessional! Communication is key, you need to inform your customers from the first call what exactly the delivery fee is, and that there is a $1000 min.  Making them wait until three days before an event is a bad practice.

We needed a tent - and fast! We had a large outdoor event planned and the weather threatened to rain on our party! Every place I called was full up ... booked solid ... not a tent left. One of the places I called gave me the number for ARS Events. I was pleasantly surprised to be told by Kevin Cummings, president, that yes, they could come out that very day and erect a 20x40 tent with side panels. They were done in a jiffy and our party was a success. Thank you ARS!!
