I went by their location 3 times to have a dress altered. I was told on the first time that her hours were 9-4. So the second time, I came by right at 9. Turns out, she wasn't going to get there until 9:30. I then came back again at 3:15 only to find out that her hours are actually 9-3 and she doesn't work Fridays. Ridiculous. My business is going elsewhere.

Outrageously over priced! They charge double for dry cleaning of pants compared to their competitors. (Mens dress pants 11$?!?!)
They are not even friendly at these prices! Will not return.

I'm seriously upset with these people. I dropped a brand new dress off for cleaning. Today, when I went to pick it up, it was no where to be found. Art cleaners lost it! I'm upset because this dress was special- picked for graduation from CU. Now, I'm dressless and seriously disgusted with Art Cleaners customer service and reliability. Everyone I have spoken with has been dismissive of my situation. Some girl offered to call the other stores to see if the dress is there, but I'm not holding my breath.

Have been a faithful client since 1984. Always willing to pay a little bit more for a very good service. Regretfully, rt Cleaners is no longer what it used to be. It grew too much, and not only has service deteriorated, but client relationship is now tinted by a certain out of place arrogance.
Closed my account.
