I came in with a comforter to have cleaned and asked if it would be ready by Monday. They assured me it would be ready Monday morning. I went in on Monday morning and the same person who promised me it would be ready Monday morning told me none of their housewares stuff is ready until after 5. I went after 5 expecting to pick up my comforter and the guy looks at my receipt and say "crap, I was supposed to call you, your comforter won't be ready until tomorrow. Sorry 'bout that". All this after they promised me I would have it back by today. They seemed really good the first time I used them but this time was a complete mess. Definitely won't be going back.

Here's a funny story in retrospect. I was walking down a flight of icy stairs with a ceramic mug of freshly made hot chocolate. Long story short, I fell and slipped half a flight down, the mug flew in the air, shattered on ground and got all over my jacket. This thing was a mess when I brought it here (9 hours later after it was sort of sticky and dry) and it was unfortunately a dry clean only. I didn't expect they would be able to completely get the stains out, but anything other than its current state would have been an improvement. They called me the next day and informed me that dry cleaning wouldn't get the stains out and ASKED my permission to wash it or I could just pick it up. I gave them my permission to go ahead and wash it and when I picked it up, to my surprise it looked brand new. No more stains and the jacket was not ruined. The machine must have been gentle as well because the jacket shows no sign of wear and tear. Better yet, there was no artificial chemically smell, just a light scent of cleanliness like dryer sheets. Also, all the employees I had to talk to were very kind and helped me out greatly. I would definitely go here again if I need something professionally cleaned.

Horrible service! I was told my shirts would be picked up Friday after giving them my card information yet no one picked up my dry cleaning nor did they call me. I called back today and had no help from Jason at all. He sounded very unconcerned and treated it like it was no big deal. Terrible customer service. I would never recommend Art cleaners!!!

I had my wedding dress and some additional items cleaned at the Baseline store. Initial customer service was great and my items were all completed on time. My regular items looked great and I was satisfied with them. Unfortunately, when the clerk brought my lace wedding dress to the checkout, she was careless and the train of the dress came out of the bag and was dragged in all of the dust on the floor. She tried to brush it off and said it would be fine, but the lace and underskirt were still dirty. I asked if there was anything else she could do about it and she suggested I call the main office. I tried a couple of days later and my call was not returned. Given the cost of the service I was not pleased and would not recommend them for cleaning of special garments. For regular wear items, they seemed fine.
