By far the worst experience I've ever had at a dry cleaner, and one of the worst customer service experiences I've had anywhere. Ever. 

I dropped off 3 Pendleton wool shirts to be dry cleaned, and the girl who accepted them was incredibly rude, I mean, absolutely does not belong in the service industry even if she's just in the back running a mop kind of rude. I rarely write reviews, and I've never singled out an employee like that before, but I've never in my life been treated so poorly in such a short period of time. That being said, I understand everyone has a bad day, so I didn't write a negative review even though I really felt like I should. 

That would have been the end of it, I never would have written this review, but when I went to pick the shirts up, the bill was $30 to clean 3 shirts. That's outrageous. The guy behind the counter this time was decent about it, and agreed that it was the wrong price, but for whatever reason, he couldn't adjust the price. He did offer to e-mail the manager and suggest that I get a refund, but other than that, my options were to pay the $30 or leave my clothes and wait for the manager to get in touch. I needed the shirts, so I paid. 

This place is near where I live, and the other reviews are great, but I won't be going back and I can't recommend that anyone else does either. This review is posted under my real name. I wouldn't do that if I didn't stand behind every negative comment I've made about this place, and I'm not the type to make negative comments without good reasons.

I dropped off my fine down blanket for cleaning. It came back ruined. When I asked if anything could be done they said, "Well, maybe if you get the original receipt, and file a claim." Then the woman, without looking at the blanket, began to just spout off b.s. after b.s. about how the company was free of blame, and I knew this was a hopeless task. This was a wedding gift from 6+ years ago; I do not have the receipt; or I suppose I could bother an old guest and ask her to find the receipt for her gift. True bottom line: the most horrible customer service and truly horrible work I've ever seen in Boulder.
