I ordered flowers for a funeral directly from their website (not via hotline or through a third party) I ordered a trip of violets as a remembrance for the family. What was delivered was a huge tacky basket of annuals with a big floppy bow on it.(nothing other than the color of the flowers was comparable to what I ordered) I called to ask why the item was so different and was blown off and when I pressed the issue the lady yelled at me and said "it's done now what do you want me to do about it". I suggested several ways for them to correct it (replace the incorrect item with what I bought, refund part or all of my money, donate to the charity in memory of the deceased). The lady laughed at me and hung up the phone. 
I work in customer service and I am all for supporting local business. I will never again deal with a business that is so disrespectful and uncaring, especially when they know that the customer has lost someone.

I have been very happy with the quality of flower arrangements which Art Lan provides every time I make an order.
