I typically purchase my furniture at the larger retail stores and I've had no issues. When deciding to get a new bedroom set I decided to try this local small bussiness close to my home. It was a huge mistake! After owning my bedroom set 2 months the bedframe broke. I called to complain and was requested to send pictures to see how they could help. 7 hours later I received a reply stating "Nothing can be done it is out of 30 day policy." I now have $500 broken bedframe which I need to fix on my own. I am very disappointed in furniture and the service was horrible.

We bought several furniture for our kids from here, and they loved them. We found the furniture so unique, well made and affordable. The guys from this store were very friendly and helpful. So happy for the deal, and we will not miss the opportunity to recommend this store.

I ended up finding this place after a failed negotiation at a larger furniture store down the road. It looks small from the outside but inside the section is HUGE and the service is a nice change of pace. I ended up buying a queen sized bed, it was a queen memory foam mattress along with the boxspring, as well as two side tables The gentleman that help me was polite, patient, and pleasant to work with. The price included delivery and set up which was nice because no way was I going to be able to fit everything on the top of my car. I came in late in the evening so they showed and set everything up first thing in the morning. I would be more then happy to buy from here again.

I just recently bought a new pillow top king mattress here. There is now no other place in the San Diego area i would consider going in the future. Having never purchased a new mattress of my own, i decided to first shop around a bit to see what the different local furniture retailers had. We ended up at Art of furnishing. Supporting local business' is pretty important to me, so I was thrilled to hear they are more then just a family owned company but locally owned as well. They have a great selection and a wide range to choose from for picky sleepers like myself.

I ended up stopping here after lunch just too look around and see what I could find. There are so many different things to look at and buy. Way more then just a small mattress store. The service was incredible and the selection is even better. I love my new coffee table and will be back for more items in the future. BShetter La Mesa, Ca
