First experience was in Middleton WI. The staff was pretty rude,  the piecer was inexperienced and rushed through the piercing, didn't clean area of the piercing and didn't clean ear rings.I paid about 170 dollars. 2nd time went to New Glarous WI, to get new jewelry and matching tattoos with my 23 yr old daughter, the first time all lines fell out and most shading. 3rd time We went back for a touch up, last week and lines and shading falling out again. Very u happy....
